location
no one to ask, only a phone number which does not work when you need to use services over wifi. Lamps needed changing, it was dark.

The location is perfect 👌 The coffee and tea facilities on the ground floor are a pleasant bonus. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at nights. The room was small, but since I travelled solo, it was good for me.

Fantastic location, it was very easy to get into the building and room with the digital locks, quiet and large room with a beautiful view and plenty of space for large luggage
Extremely tiny bathroom, uncomfortable bed

Coffee machine in the lounge is great!
I have stayed here a few times and have generally found the rooms to be adequate. I was allocated room a basement room for the first time - room 14 - and it smelt strongly of damp. I was unable to leave the window open as it is at the basement level at the front of the property so would have been quite unsecure. I had to put my clothes in the bathroom for fear they would smell in work the following day. There is a damp patch on the ceiling and the room is in the basement so it does need to be treated. If I book again I will be requesting a room on the upper floors.
