Good location, easy walk or bus into Centre. Some great choices for food in this area. We had a family room and it was large and clean, exactly what we needed as we were out most of the time. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
Shower head needed tightening up so it stayed in position. Reported to staff so they could sort it.

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from Haymarket train station. Plenty of buses and trams available to get around.
The bathroom floor was not clean - long dark hairs over the floor. I cleared some myself but asked at reception for the floor to be swept and mopped whilst we were out the next day - it wasn’t!
Also the shower drainage hole didn’t empty very well - nearly overflowed. The underside of the plug hole cover was very grimy. When anyone used the shower in the next room, water splattered up through the shower plug hole in our bathroom.
Continental breakfast was also under par - processed/longlife croissant/pain au raisin, cheap yogurt.
I would share photos of our stay…..but they are really quite unpleasant!!
