Great location
Accessibility room which was fine apart from the drain in the shower area not flowing well and hence bathroom flooded

No breakfast was available. The location was good as it was on a bus and tram route into the centre of Edinburgh.
Room very clean. I would have appreciated a lighter duvet as the nights were warm. The room I stayed in had no window so the atmosphere was a bit claustrophobic but an air-con fan helped with ventilation.
I couldn’t use the shower over the bath as there was no rubber mat and I was afraid of slipping as I’m quite old and not as mobile as I once was. However overall good value for money.

Hard to find car parking. Cost a large amount of money to park over a weekend.

Very convenient for station and airport bus. Less than 5 mins train journey to city centre. They kindly looked after our luggage on arrival and the day we left.
This is a very basic hotel, in need if a bit of TLC. If it's just a bed you are after and no thrills then it is fine. We had a very small twin room on first floor..
