Small room but clean and extraordinarily quiet.

The property was as described. Really enjoyed the common sitting area at the reception area. Close and easy walk from the train station and the town tour buses. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here on a return trip to Edinburgh.

Great location
Bed is big but takes up most of the room.
The room could have been cleaner.
All in all, we had a good stay as location was the most important. Could easily walk to all the Edinburgh attractions we wanted to see.
