Location is unbelievable, 5 minute walk to wherever you wanted to go.

Friendly staff.. very close to everything & all the amenities you’d require. Very clean & comfortable.
The entrance was not very inviting with some shady characters loitering although noting to do with the accommodation which has plenty of security & there was no trouble.

Convenient location only a few steps away from the Royal Mile, easy to find thanks to the clear description sent before arrival. The owners really went out of their way to make this place a cozy temporary home with all necessary amenities. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Would stay again!
Due to the surrounding area (pubs, clubs…), it is a bit noisy around the place. However, that is not to blame on the team at Thistle City Inn who was even thoughtful enough to provide earplugs. Thank you!

The central location, easy walk to the Royal Mile and many attractions.
The room was extremely hot and the window opened out on a street above some clubs. The noise went on until 2 or 3 am. And then the derelicts started shouting at 5am. I would not say there was a view!
Also I don't think it mentioned the flat was down a long spiral staircase and there was no elevator.
