Great view.
Centrally located.
Good transport connections.
Room had dust on the floor.
I had to ask for a kettle and some tea bags.
The first day they gave me a flask of hot water, tea bags, and a cup and saucer.
The second day they gave me a kettle and tea bags: no cup and saucer!
The washbasin in the washroom was leaking constantly.
