Excellent location within easy walking of all main attractions without being in the center.

Staff we met, Very friendly, at reception especially as it`s their job to make us welcome but they go the extra mile and so so helpful. We checked out in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in a secure location near reception as we wanted to visit the University, so 5* there ! We asked for restaurant tips and on their advice had a meat experience like no other, Prazeres da Carne https://maps.app.goo.gl/94A2GWaEwaVH7vB79 That is a unique dining experience for meat afficionados

Breakfast facilities could be better as it`s all cold cuts but I`m a bit fussy as anything less than a buffet, egg, bacon, sausages oodles of toast and real good espresso, I`m unhappy lol.

Habitación muy espaciosa con unas vistas increíbles. Muy bien ubicado, con diferentes restaurantes alrededor. Las chicas de recepción muy amables. Todo limpio y cuidado, lugar muy tranquilo.

Great location for walking into Coimbra. Have to pay for parking though!

Amazing Staff, Great Room

Staff was very lovely and helpful. The hotel was great, room was tidy and clean, and had everything I needed. The room was large and cosy.

The only con was the noise, as the room doesn't have a good sound insulation, any noise on the corridor was very audible inside of the room. Even thou the periods of noise, I still had a good stay and wish all the best to the hotel and staff. Thank you for the services.

Strongly recommended

I stronlgy reccomend. Probably one of the best hotels I visited on business trips. Localization is excellent. Plenty of bars, ice cream parrols, restaurants just below with local charm. Staff very kind and helpfull.

good not great, but really nice staff who were helpful and spoke great English.

Good location - easy walk over the bridge to Coimbra center. Nice restaurant next door - Dona Taska. Very quiet, good soundproof windows.

Jr suite hall was an odd setup. instead of a couch there was a single bed up against the wall in a separate room from bedroom. No refrigerator.

Very good

Good location across the bridge to the University, close to Miniature Park. Restaurants close by, free parking nearby. Room and bathroom were small. Bathroom was somewhat built in the room. Big balcony, but the view wasn't too great. The personnel was very personable and helpful.

Excellent place to stay

It is a nice decent place to stay at if you are planning a short stay. Locality is very good. It is an excellent place.

Breakfast timings could be more flexible instead of having set times.

Highly recommend this little hotel

The staff and services are EXCEPTIONAL!!!! We had two early morning departures that didn't allow us to take advantage of the breakfast hours, but the staff went out of their way to provide us with an earlier breakfast and food to take away. This was very important to us because we had no other way to obtain food at the early hour. We also wanted to upgrade to a slightly larger room because there was no storage (shelves or dressers in our room where we were staying for 7 nights) but the hotel was fully booked. However, they kept working on it and did move some things around in their reservations to provide us with a better room which we found to be VERY helpful. The breakfast was terrific. Good variety and good quality. Great location. Very near the convention center, where I needed to be, and still very close to the river and the center of town. The beds were comfortable. Good value!

Our first room had no drawers or shelves and we were staying for 7 days so this was an important feature. BUT they did find us another room the next day even though they were fully booked.

it’s the little things that count

Great location

1. it was late at night when I realized that the door’s inside locker wasn’t working so I didn’t sleep well feeling somehow unsafe. when I complained to the staff at the checkout they acted like it’s irrelevant information?! 2. not a big deal but the bathroom sink was super small

This hotel was perfect for a short stay.

The location was excellent, just a short walk over the bridge to Coimbra's old town. The breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't have parking, but there is a parking garage nearby.
