Prima hotel

Op loopafstand van titanic experience bijvoorbeeld. Ontbijt was goed!

Parkeerplaats was vol dus lang moeten zoeken naar een plek langs de weg.. nu was er volgens mij een feestje dus zal het daarom druk zijn geweest maar zou er zeker even op letten!

Great location, but hotel is very rundown.

The location

Well past it’s best. The rooms were very much in need of refurbishing. There is a major re-fit planned, however, we felt the price of the rooms was post refurbishment. Very over priced.

A nice hotel ideally suited to our needs.

Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Food - evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Good central position in Cobh.

Room was small (we knew it was a small room on booking) however it was smaller than we expected. Would have preferred to have had 2 chairs to sit on. The view was bins.

The full Irish breakfast very expensive and wasn’t even a full Irish in my opinion no hash brown no beans no mushrooms over fried egg , for the price I paid I would have liked abit more then what I received was a big let down .

Tired after my stay due to noise .

The staff were very nice and the room was clean

Very noisy at night as the windows are not at all soundproof, the plumbing gurgles loudly when another guest uses the toilet / shower. I could hear the guest in The room above walking around quite clearly. The bar food was microwaved and bland

Fresh, clean room in a hotel located in the picturesque town of Cobh.

The location of the hotel in picturesque Cobh is excellent. This was a work trip where I arrived late and left early so I cannot comment on the food. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and overall I was happy with my stay. Waking up to the beautiful sea view was definitely a bonus!

The hotel is an old building which means it is not as modern as some hotels but it is perfectly adequate for a work trip.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and great views

We had a wonderful stay at the Commodore. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the room was fantastic. I stayed here about 6 years ago and it was lovely to see the rooms had been updated and modernized since my last stay. We had an amazing view of the sea and were happy to sit and watch the boats coming and going. The amenities in the room were excellent, we made use of the smart tv, excellent WIFI, tea and coffee facilities and the bath. There was also bottled water and on the go breakfast of fruit and a muffin provided which were a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

It was a little loud in the morning with deliveries but we did stay midweek and had one of the windows open due to the summer heat.

We like the hotel but there was a smell in the bathroom which I think are the drains it was not there all the time but when it was it was very strong!

We really enjoyed Cobh—small, easy to access and relaxing. We enjoyed Ryan’s pub, Kelly’s pub and the Arch cafe

amazing hotel with a amazing view with amazing staff in the centre of everything

the staff were amazing from cleaning staff to waiter waitress all so nice polite and helpful

noise from corridor and smell from bathrooms. I know it was being renovated but should not be able to hear people in other rooms. we heard people over us walking around and using the bathroom

Breakfast beautiful 😍 But too expensive feel tea and toast should be included in price .

Overall stay was lovely circumstances not good I was there for a funeral and met with family and friends in the bar ,another family member didn't get in until 11:30pm we were sitting quietly a small group of us and would have liked 1 drink together before bed but we were refused it was not handled particularly well. I understand that people have rules but it was quite sensitive 🥺 I don't want to sound off just some constructive feedback. On the other hand when I got there my bag was carried upstairs and everyone else was very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely consider including tea and toast with breakfast price had I have been staying longer I would have eaten up the street for less than half the price.
