I liked its proximity to the centre. The classic room we had was very nice and overlooked a little garden which was very pleasant.
I would have liked there to be a spoon in the room for making tea and I always think a little milk in the room for tea drinkers would be a nice touch.

Very close to the Place Stanislas where we had dinner. Just a beautiful square! The hotel has a beautiful little conservatory where one eats breakfast which is really charming and a good breakfast is served as buffet.
The spa was quite expensive but I guess it costs a lot to keep it maintained.

Good sized room, in a great location, with friendly staff.
The air conditioner was not powerful enough. The room was on the third floor and we struggled with the heat. Also when we removed the keycard from the holder, the power to the fridge was disabled. So our drinks and food were not refrigerated when we weren’t in the room.

Location, charm and clean
My room was next to the elevator and they put the bed on the wall against both the elevator door AND the corridor door… quite a feat.. makes it pretty noisy at night every time someone uses the lift or someone gets on the floor..
Staff is usually friendly, but they also have a habit of talking really loud in the morning between each other, complaining about internal things.. not the best atmosphere to start your day :-)
