Great location , boutique feel my go to hotel in Nancy
Allocated a family room. Bad layout and a bit cramped. Shame as previous rooms have been lovely

Located very close to the train station and a 12-minute walk from the center, also local bus to Art Nouveau museum. Food places nearby, excellent bread/pastry shop across the street. Accommodations are spartan, but clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was fine. Overall, what one should expect from a 3-star chain hotel, a good value.
Arrived at 12:30 p.m., front desk adamant that no check-in allowed before 3:00 p.m.

The staff were friendly but the hotel was (as expected) quite basic. There was water available in reception. It was good value
The lift was tiny, there was limited food choice available. It was a little bit out of the way to get to the tourist attractions of Nancy
