The breakfast was excellent
The key that they give me i couldn't go to the room of my family the key doesn't work on the elevator were my family was i go down the stairs and then after call my family to open the door the key that I have doesn't work there

The hotel is (almost) everything you want in a hotel. Location is great, people are very friendly, rooms are excellent
The breakfast buffet (although very extensive) could be refreshed a little more often.

Clean room, easy check in, lovely location. Quiet street, sound insulation was good, we didn't hear anything at night.
Beds were way too hard. We both got numbness and pain at night from the hard bed. And we're both different weights. The pool was overbooked and a child was in the pool after 4pm creating waves by switching on the jaccuzi function several times. Also the fire alarm early in the morning was disturbing, I had to get out of a shower with wet hair to go downstairs. The alarm went off because another guest smoked in their room. It was quite disturbing, in the early morning, the staff apologised but offered nothing to compensate for this event, not even a small coffee on the house which would have been a nice gesture. The attitude about it was a bit patronizing, we were told that we should be grateful that it wasn't an actual fire.

The bar but it was really expensive for a bar in a 4 star hotel, some cocktails are at almost 15 euros.
My room was tiny, nothing to dry my towel or my swimsuit. The sauna is closed at 8pm so if you work you will not really have time to use it. They have no parking and on top of that the communication with staff who did my check-in was really unclear about where I can park my car and when is it free or not.
