Location was excellent and the apartment was roomy with a fully functioning kitchen and a comfortable bed
The door to the apartment was difficult to open and close due to it being stuck.

For a ‘budget’ stay the whistler was an okay option. Friendly staff. Quick walk to city center.
We were 4 guests - and one person can sleep on a sleeper couch - which hasn’t been freshly cleaned. Limited mugs for the number of people. Also not enough warm bedding for the freeszing cold. Heater in room was a bit touch and go. Understandably, Queenstown accommodation is more expensive but wouldn’t say the stay was worth the price tag. Next time I’d rather pay a bit more to stay closer to lake with better view.
