Great location and a warm welcome from staff. The breakfast was good with lots of healthy options.
At times during the night our sleep was disturbed by noise.

The location is fantastic as the lake and main shopping area is walking distance. The restaurant was very good with nice and tasty breakfast. Ample parking space. Courteous staff. As we have heavy luggage and hotel doesn't have lifts, I requested to change the room to ground floor which was accepted by reception staff and suggested most convenient room for us. For some of the rooms, have great mountain view. From my room window we could see the Queenstown gondola.
Layout of the Hotel is little weird as its built on the hilly land. Just outside the rooms, there were multiple cars parked with limited space to move cars in/out. As no lifts, some rooms are located at really difficult place to access and take luggage to. Considering the room size and hotel layout, the price seems to be overrated.

Lovely renovated room. Very clean. Excellent location with a short walk into town. Lovely view from pur room. Breakfast was delicious. I left my phone charger and the team kept it till I could return later in the week to pick it up.
Would have loved another toilet in the family room but understand these have been renovated and space was small.
