Easy walk down to central area of Queenstown. Older property that is getting a facelift. Staff are excellent and very helpful.

The location so close to the centre was a great plus.
The toilet was broken and could not be flushed for the entire length of the stay. I informed the staff immediately to have it fixed and some ineffectual attempts were made. I needed to use the toilet downstairs in the public entrance area for the entire stay. The rubbish bin in the room was not emptied, only one towel was provided and not changed for the entire stay. Teabags were bot replenished.
The cooked breakfast option I ordered was of low quality. It was the worst 'Eggs Benny' I have ever had at an accommodation. The toast was burnt and I had to request a change.
