Fantastic location, within easy walking distance of the CBD. The reception staff were lovely, welcoming and accomodating. The room was lovely and warm when we arrived, additionally it was quiet, clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay.
In general we found the accommodation prices in Queenstown a little higher than what we'd expect for the facilities provided.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade which made the stay more comfy

We had problems with slow connection in using the Apps on the TV

Location, the extremely clean and spacious studio.
And the view from the 2 rooms was spectacular.

The location - close to town centre, the underfloor heating in the bathroom, the heat pump.
Very noisy - The walls must be thin, can hear every noise from next door unit and all water running or draining from other units, this can go late into the night. There is jug in the room but you either have to fill it up in the Hotel laundry or climb in the bath to reach the tap to fill it up from the bath. The pillows were so thin and soft - very uncomfortable if you could get to sleep.
