The property was only 2 blocks from where we had to go, everything was easy walking distance. The view was great from the roof top area over Queenstown and the water - just like the photos.
The free coffee machine was fabulous for us, great selection.
The social area gave you somewhere else to go to read a book, do a bit of work or even have a take away dinner.
I would have liked a small fridge, but prefer the coffee machine if I had to choose and we would probably only put milk in the fridge, but then you'd need a kettle and coffee sachets - so its far better the way it is.

privacy and minimal noise
would have liked 2nd chair/seat.
Staff could have known more about the city parking arrangements - claimed no knowledge or responsibility.... not good for internatioal visitors which Queenstown has no many of.

I liked the location.
The size of the room with no closet or a safe to store my valuables. Early 10am check-out time and a charge for an 1 hour late check-out request. Front desk Staff is not friendly except the house keeping lady.
