The hotel is extremely well-equipped and child-friendly (although it is not the right place for guests without children). The hotel rooms were sufficiently spacious and comfortable. The activities offered by the hotel, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast and dinner, are particularly worth highlighting. The water facilities are excellent, and it is great that there are swimming facilities suitable for children of all ages. The staff are friendly and courteous.
The hotel is situated near the seafront, but not directly on the beach. The beach is approximately 300 metres from the hotel. The hotel is located on the northern outskirts of Poreč, about a 30- to 40-minute walk from the town centre.
One of the main problems with the hotel was the mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are a natural occurrence for which the hotel cannot be held responsible; however, the hotel had no working strategy in place to deal with them. Possible solutions could have included fitting mosquito nets, providing mosquito repellent, or issuing a notice informing guests that this is a problem at the hotel rooms and that they should be aware of it. (An electric mosquito repellent, available from a local shop, has solved this problem.)

We liked the house we stayed in. It is spacious, with private garden, positioned so that you don’t have interaction with someone next to you. Private and nice.
We liked children playgrounds and enviroment.
Breakfast and dinner were great. A lot of options.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Good position for exploring other places in Istra.

Hotel have one heated pool among the few in the place, so the swimming is possible even when it is not warm outside and not in high season only. Food is good, parking available for the guests, simple and fast check in with pre-check in procedure. I think this hotel is nice in the main summer season for the family stay. Nice tennis courts in the complex.
You may find ants in the room and even in your bed, so you may need to urge for the problem to be solved.
We didn't ask for the room change just because we had stay only one night there and the ants didn't appear in the next 15 hours we were there, but in case of the longer stay there and another ants room invade, we would surely ask for it.

The breakfast was nice. The kids loved the pool area.
The food in the dinner buffet was horrible. There were ants all over the appartment. Didn't like the mentality of the resort guests in general, who were mainly Austrian. They were noisy and did not show respect for other guests (a me-and-my-family-first mentality)
