Location and facilities were good. Relaxed atmosphere. Walking distance to most things
Had to change rooms due to noise in air conditioner. Could pay more attention to the scrambled eggs- they were runny & ordinary on 29 july

Loved everything about this hotel!! Firendyl and helpful stadf, design, comfort, pas and pool and location was amazing!
I did not factor in the cost of the garage in my budget since I had no idea about the cost of the parking. The hotel should have a deal with the QPARK next door for hotel guests as the cost of parking significanlty increases the cost of the room per night.

The property was in a good location and the rooms were clean and comfortable
When we arrived the man on reception was on his computer. He didn’t look up to acknowledge us for about 10-15 minutes. There was no “welcome I’ll be with you soon”. We found it quite rude and sort of put us off the hotel. Not friendly or welcoming.
