We had a double room, with two bedroom and two bathroom! Big and nice. Parking on the road is available and free from 10pm to 9am plus Sunday. Park and Ride with full day parking at 4,6€ is at 5 minutes drive and you have U4 metro that take you to Vienna center in around 15 minutes. Receptionist during check in was nice and helpful.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, it could be complicated at night if temperature are still high

It was good value for money.
The breakfast was not value for money. There was poor variety.

The staff was kind and helpful. They were able to secure a room with a portable a/c unit, but not until the 2nd night. I was unable to stay the first night because it was too hot. They did NOT provide a refund for the first night.
I stated all of that above. I didn't pay for the breakfast as I found it to be too expensive. I wish that the "NO A/C in the rooms" had been clearly stated in the booking details.
