Staff was very helpful. That the bus stops were directly in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean.
That when we went out the patio door,cigarette smoke came in. (yes, I am a on-smoker).

The beds were very comfortable, there was airconditioning. The style of the hotel is very cool, nice artworks all over. The staff was very friendly. It was easy to walk to the city center of Salzburg, or take the bus directly in front of the hotel. The bakery across the street had very nice bread and coffee.
Some parts were still a bit dirty, spiderwebs in the corners of the room and the shelves in the bathroom were very dusty. Even after receiving new towels multiple times, the dust was still there.

Great hotel with amazing artwork throughout. Loved the Marilyn Monroe bathroom door in the room. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. 2.5km walk from the Old Town that we enjoyed on a daily basis. There are also bus stops right outside the front door. We would definitely stay there again when we come back to Salzburg.
