Friendly staff, great location, big and comfortable room.
I was only given a thin duvet cover instead of a summer duvet, and I felt a bit cold while sleeping. The light from the corridor came through the gap between the door and the wall. There's only one socket near the bed, so you have to choose if you plug in the bedside lamp or your phone charger.

The location is excellent.
We stayed in a room with a private bathroom. The thin walls, the elevator being out of order for almost two days while we were staying on the 4th floor, and the lack of proper blankets were the main issues. There was only a thin bedsheet, and we almost froze on the first night.
It would also have been useful to have at least one chair in the room. In addition, the hangers could have been placed literally anywhere else instead of above the bed. If you hang anything there, it hangs right above your head.
When we wanted to have coffee downstairs at the café, they first did not have any coffee beans, which seemed like someone had forgotten to order them. After that, every time we ordered the same coffee, we received a different type of coffee and were charged a different price.

The location is great! Walking distance almost everything! Staff was super nice and helpful
The walls are LITERALLY paper thin, people would wake us up at 6am from the hallway. The AC is not working not even a little bit. We found things after last visited guest in the drawer
