The one-room apartment is a good size,
washing machine, kitchen facilities all great since Hungarian food portions are huge and I had to doggy bag a few meals back. Also conveniently located among eateries, cafes, and Spar super market. Short walk to St Stephen’s Basilica and the gorgeous Opera House. Very responsive staff as well, communicated via Booking.com
1) no laundry detergent provided - I brought mine but didn’t have enough for 2nd load and couldn’t find mini detergents in supermarket
2) the day curtains are see-through, so no privacy when one wishes to let the sun in
3) would be handy to include a small dustbin in the bathroom

Convenient location. Nicely decorated and spacious room, convenient washing machine. The apartment felt extremely safe as outside door is locked with an attendant just inside. Staff was helpful with logistics such as a fan for the room (we were there in a heatwave). They were also helpful and flexible with a reservation change.
On the website it says “airport shuttle”, but it is really just them organizing a taxi service at full price. Use the airport bus. It is inexpensive and only a 11-14 minute walk away from the front door. It also runs 24/7 with frequent runs each hour— even in the nighttime.

The location is very good, feels safe, and with lots of restaurants and shops, walking distance to city centre.
No response to emails, staff on site was friendly but does not really communicate in English. We couldn't make some utilities (e.g. the cooking hobs) work and cannot find the manual/instruction. Shower water become cold over time so no shower for more than 2 paper at a time. I booked the accommodation for 4 people and find all beds in a single room, not expected. But I guess it is probably not too unfair for what I paid.
