Excellent place! In a great location, big clean room with all that you need - staff are very polite and helpful - some outstanding choices for breakfast, which really sets the right tone for the day ahead - would definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent. The room is very spacious and large. It’s close to several restaurants and convenience stores, which makes everyday life easier.
What we didn’t like is that there is no breakfast on the property, and the place affiliated with the hotel is a bit far away, and there aren’t many breakfast options since it operates à la carte, not as a buffet. We also didn’t like that the shower drain was clogged, which caused water to pool and overflow. Even though we spoke to the front desk staff several times, the issue was not resolved. So that was a negative point of the property

Facilities in the room were great, location was good
Beds were so uncomfortable, pillows so uncomfortable. Overall 4 really poor night sleeps.

it’s a very clean, well equipped apt a 20-25 minute walk to the St Stephens Basilica area.
we added an extra night which caused confusion, we double checked before our flight when we would be sent code for lock box as we arrived after 6pm we were told that it would be sent at 6pm when reception closed, landing in Budapest we discovered no message to our WhatsApp or through email to booking site. we got into the building by other guests to lock box area and security camera. I’m not sure if it was our countless calls, texts or camera that finally got a phone call from a staff member, we had to give all check in details again 10pm cold tired not great! make sure you get the lock box code if your arriving after 6pm prior to reception closing.
