It was an absolute pleasure staying at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to everything and very convenient.
The room was very comfortable, cozy, and pleasant. However, the highlight of my stay was the receptionist. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. He even helped me figure out how to get to the hotel and how to find my way back out, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely be happy to stay here again!

The room we stayed in was compact, but certainly not too small for two people for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. Tea/coffee making facilities, an iron, shower gel and shampoo in the room, which is also ideal if travelling light.
The check-in process was amazingly simple. All performed through WhatsApp as soon as the booking was confirmed. Details if how to get into the apartment/room all simply described and included a short film clip.
Any questions I had were answered swiftly and accurately.
Once we arrived, the staff were very friendly and efficient. I asked them some questions about getting around Budapest and they were very helpful.
The location for us is perfect.
We did not order the room with breakfast, so cannot comment on that.
The only small "issue" was that the elevator in the building wasn't working. Not an issue for us, but could be if you cannot handle the stairs to the apartment. Hopefully this will be repaired soon.
