The beach wasn’t very good. There was a lot of seaweed and algae in the water, which made swimming quite uncomfortable.

Honestly, I liked everything about the hotel, and overall the service was excellent. I don’t really have any negative comments.
The only concern was regarding a phone charger. My uncle is 100% sure that he left the charger in the room next to the bed, but we were informed that nothing was found. He is elderly and very certain that he left it there, so this situation was quite upsetting for him.
I would just kindly suggest double-checking with the housekeeping team and the lost and found department in such cases, as guests may sometimes leave personal belongings behind and be certain of where they left them.
Other than that, everything at the hotel was great, and this is simply a small point I wanted to mention for your consideration.

To be fair, I would like to mention that the restaurant waiters and the reception staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. They were among the few positive aspects of my experience, and I appreciate their professionalism.
My experience at the hotel was honestly quite disappointing and fell far below my expectations, especially considering that it is an InterContinental hotel.
First, I was very surprised to be told by housekeeping that my room would only be cleaned once during my stay. I have never experienced this in a hotel before. Considering that the hotel has both a beach and a swimming pool, where guests naturally go in and out of the water more than once a day, I find it very difficult to understand why room cleaning is limited to only once.
Second, the swimming pool was not clean at all. The inner walls of the pool, particularly the ceramic surfaces, were visibly dirty and covered with buildup and grime. It was to the point where I did not even feel comfortable touching the walls while swimming. This is something that should be addressed seriously, especially in a hotel of this standard.
The food at the buffet was also disappointing. Unfortunately, many of the dishes did not taste good, and the overall quality of the food was not what I expected.
There were also two particularly disappointing situations regarding the activities and dining arrangements.
I was informed that there would be children’s activities on Thursday and Friday, running from morning until evening. We waited on Thursday from the morning until around 7–8 PM expecting an activity for the children. However, there was essentially nothing organized apart from some coloring papers and crayons. There was no supervisor or staff member properly organizing or supervising the children, and there was no real entertainment or activity for them. This was very disappointing, especially after being given information that suggested there would be a proper children’s activity program.
The second situation was even more uncomfortable. I was staying on a half-board basis and was informed that I could have dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, including either the Mexican or Lebanese restaurant.
