The best option I could find in Rome is not too far from the sights. Walking distance to subway station and then 4 stops to reach the downtown.

It would be nice to have cold water in the fridge by the reception as the one I bought was lukewarm. Might make sense to tune up the fridge a bit:) The toilet seat could use some love. Otherwise, the room was ok.

Everything is good.

Location is convenient, fairly close to Rome’s historic center, (metro station 10mins walk) in a quiet residential neighborhood, an elegant small building from the 1920s. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

It could be a tad cheaper, maybe? Though the manager was generous and gave me a larger 4-beds room for the price of a single. Thank you

Extremely friendly, helpful, and available staff. Clear procedures for re-entering the building at any hour of day or night. Quiet location. Shower temperate and pressure perfect for U.S. sensibilities.

The wifi only worked to let me access Google websites and a few others. I'm not sure if the problem was on my end or on the router. I didn't ask, which is my fault. Just FYI. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the Bologna metro stop, but the path is not very wheel friendly (for luggage, strollers, or wheelchair use). There is nothing the property can do about this, again just FYI for travelers. At the moment we stayed, there was no restaurant and if there was breakfast we didn't see it. Booking.com did warn this may be possible during COVID.
