Nice hotel good value for money. It has al the necessary and close to the centre. Staff really helpful for the late arrival process

The receptionist was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming during check-in, and went out of her way to make everything easy and comfortable. It was especially nice to receive such warm and friendly help from someone who made me feel right at home. Excellent service and a great first impression of the hotel.
I could not find how to turn off the A/C. I think it was on all the time

My stay was only one night. The hotel has nice classic aesthetics and is located in a great zone of Rome. The staff were really friendly during checkin and checkout. The room was nice and comfy for a short stay, equipped with air conditioning. The private bathroom was good.
I would say the comfort of the bed was not the best, although it wasn't bad. For a short stay it would work.

Location was good, near 2 bus stations so u can go mostly everywhere by bus/metro
Receptionists were super nice and helpfull
Bed was comfortable
They have a steamer on request so u dont have to worry about your wrinkled clothes
Ahhhh where should I start
There was no internet AT ALL in the room 30! Skip that room at all costs
AC wasnt working, or it would work normal for 3 mins and than start making some really loud noises, like its going to explode, so we had to be without AC on 40 degrees
Minibar also wasnt working, but receptionist gave us a new one that worked 50/50, but still wouldnt put anything more that a bottle of wather in it
There was mold all over the bathroom
Hair dryer is epic, so if u are a girl better bring your own if u dont want to dry your hair for an hour
