Secured place, proximity of the place from the train station. Accommodating and kind host. Near the grocery store.
Suggestions only: bigger fridge would be nice, basic cooking facility, smart tv inside the room to better cater foreign guests, a facility to carry heavy luggages up and down the stairs

This was very close to the Roma Termini train station and easy to find. Mario helped me get my heavy suitcase up the stairs, and he upgraded my room to one with a balcony. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was also quiet.
My only suggestion is that the shower stall could use a little shelf for shampoo/soap.
I didn't explore the kitchen, but it's good to know it's there. There is a well stocked grocery store just around the corner, a restaurant next door, and a "bar" two doors down. Perfecto!

The owner was nice and the place was clean.
The shared kitchen was not very clean even for basic utilities like getting tissues for cleaning bowls or electric kettle. The shower area was way too small.

Clean place, and good location. The staff were very friendly.
The bed was not comfortable, the noises from the surrounding rooms were very loud, and we couldn't sleep at all. You can literally hear everything from the other rooms. I don't recommend it for long stays.
