The staff were very friendly. I liked the location, easy to get to the bus stops. The air conditioning was great in the summer heat as well. Very clean. There was an elevator as well.
Bed functioned, but isn't the most comfortable.

Hotel felt very secure with their handling of keys and 24/hr reception.
The lift is quite old and sometimes did not work, however was a fantastic stay overall with great value for money.

The air conditioning was fantastic, room was clean and quite spacious.
A little farther away from attraction points, and it lacked signage I didn't know how to access the hotel or even what floor it was on. The elevator was also very old and clearly a point of contention for shared establishments in the same building

The room was nothing like in the pictures. The bed was uncomfortable and overall the room was filthy. :)
