Top location and price, availability of coffee, tea and a few sweet snacks (not expected therefore appreciated)
Sink leaking and cold room (only air conditioning available to warm it up). A bit of hot water issues. The sound proofing of the rooms is totally NOT existent, we had issues with our neighbours

the location was good. It was very accessible. Good water pressure. Room was very nice.
TV remote not working. There was a period of time where the air-conditioner was not working.

The place is in the central. The security is good because you have a secret way to enter the place.
The wifi is not good at all, if you are coming and you have your own internet connection then that’s good. The place also doesn’t look as big as the pictures. For a day or two , just to sleep and visit Rome it’s adequate.
