Location was fine, close to Termini station, the room was nice, coffee was great!
The bath cabin was very tight for me, otherwise the bath itself was a good size.

Loved the location. Great restaurants nearby and conveniently located for our daily walks.
Still struggling with that coffee maker. Lol

Excellent location close to Roma Termini. Lot of food and shops nearby. Breakfast next door. We got the rooms we requested. Secure facility. Comfy beds. Heavy, light-blocking curtains. Rooms made up every day. Coffee machine. (Keep front desk apprised of arrival time, especially if running late.)
A lift is available but there are five steps to get to it. Coffee clutch outside one room was noisy. Need another trash can in room. Hanging rods were very high. Cash required for hotel city tax. (No face cloths, room key enables power, power bricks sag in the outlets - typical European things.)

The room was very nice, quiet, and clean. It was nicely decorated and had a pretty painting on the wall. The hotel was located close to the train station. There were plenty of restaurants and a couple grocery stores nearby.
The reception was only open from 0800-1600. I feel that a hotel that charges as much as Al Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel did, should have longer reception hours. There was no place to store our bags since we checked out before 8:00. Therefore we had to pay additional money for luggage storage. There was no hotel lobby, just a small office to check-in. There was a bleak stairway leading up to the room.
