The location was very good. It was about 5 minutes walk from Termini Train Station. There was a grocer down the road, and restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were very polite and helpful.
It needed some time to understand how you will get the hot water in the shower cubical. But we asked the staff and they guided us accordingly.

The French door windows.
No kettle, no iron, no tea/coffee, no mini bar as stated, the shower spurts in your face, toilet runs, they don't give you fresh towels each day (every second day)- I'd you want another fresh towel they make you pay for it. The service is not super friendly. The receptionist kept calling me "lady" in a condescending tone for simple requests. She is also very loud talking on the phone in conversations which seemed to be of a personal nature. Otherwise it is good for what you pay for. Location is great! I will be paying a little extra for another hotel next time at a place whose shower is a little nicer.
