The hotel was bright and comfortable with well applied air conditioning during sometimes very warm weather.
I have no criticism of the hotel or the staff. Staff at every level worked hard to cater for all visitors.

Very clean very helpful staff , easy check in and great location
There was a cigarette smell in out room every time our aircon was on , it was not great.
Reception said they asked the rooms either side to refrain from smoking . We did not find it helped the situation .
The bed was comfy but squeaked every time my husband moved ,or turned in the bed. As it was a short stay we said nothing ,moving rooms was going to be a hassle we had no time for .

Very near the centre of Murcia very clean and at the reception they speak all languages. The pool on the roof is an extra. We will be back there

Room without extras reasonably priced. Good location. Has parking.
Everything bar the room overly expensive. 25 euros for two cocktails that were undrinkable. Charged 30 euros for an 'extra bed' when none was required so be careful to examine bill before signing;
