Breakfast choice, service at breakfast and reception, comfy beds
Rooms need to be refurbished, lots of scuff marks on walls, stained bathtubs, no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms, no USB sockets

We were welcomed by the reception staff and the check in was smooth
The lady bar person working in the afternoon was very rude to us
