From bring checked in (by Rosanna who was a credit to your organisation) to leaving there was nothing negative at all. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were superb with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. Rosanna went above and beyond to help us with some bespoke requirements. For which we are very grateful.

Staff in restaurant and at reception after day one were very helpful and friendly . Cleanliness was very good . Plenty of coat hangers !
Location is stunning .
Day one greeting at reception was indifferent and not the usual standard at this hotel . We were made to feel it was a nuisance to be early and told to “go over there “ when we were being attended to but in the way. Not a smile or welcome . The explanation of information was condescending . The room was cold , decor tired , towels and bed linen had seen better days and the air con didn’t work . Fortunately after 2 nights lovely receptionist called Rosanna changed our room and was a delight . She personified everything you would expect of this hotel in terms of professional attitude and friendliness . We have stayed before and always felt more welcome on arrival .
