Excellent to have own A/C in the room that we could control and which was really effective at cooling the room very fast when we needed it.
Great breakfasts - varied options, tasty choices, hot & cold offer of foods and drinks. Very plentiful without seeming wasteful and beautifully prepared and presented/replenished.
Lovely dining room service team , so friendly and looked after every guest and table so well. Everything clean fresh and appetising. Thank you!
Really great to have our Spa & gym mini-package offer extended for us. Very generous and we did use it more times - thank you!
Fridge in our room wasn’t really very cold- more like cool.. only trusted it with water/canned/carton drinks, wouldn’t have liked to leave anything more perishable in there like yoghurt as think it wouldn’t have been cold enough. Perhaps look to test/service/replace them more often? But still great to have one at all and glad our drinks could be cool not warm.
Also please would prefer the housekeeping team to put a bin bag in the bin. (Not always nice to have your rubbish so openly in view in a wide bin with no lid..)

The bed was large.
Food good level but breakfast could do with more cold meats.
Room very comfortable but cold., staff friendly.
There were no bath robes or slippers in our superior room. As was included in our booking.
No working heating so very cold.

The place was ok. The pool was ok. The breakfast was ok. The price was good, apart from that it was really underwhelming.
For the parking, they were trying to charge £30 a day, and got offended that I told a guest it was cheaper on the street or next door. That was a complete joke. The drinks were expensive, considering that everywhere else they were a lot cheaper. Everything was outdated; the pictures make it look a lot better than it was. The room was pretty shocking, clean enough, though I must admit. This being said, the price was good, so I know you can't expect too much. For me as far as it went with it just being a base for my explorations, it was fine. But i wouldn't want to spend an extended amount of time there.
