It was simply a 4-star hotel. Room was ok, breakfast good. Staff ok
It was a bit awkward to get about. I had to go up to floor 6 walk along a corridor and down to floor 5 either by stair or another lift. My room was at the end of another and looked out on nothing. Also, a lot of noise at 5am when someone came in in another floor banging & shouting

Great friendly hotel with everything you need on site.
Several buildings on different levels but very nicely decorated.
For a biker, be prepared for an unexpected, sharp left turn, down a steep hill as you leave the car park...it's daunting as you initially think you can go straight but it's a one way street straight ahead. It shook me!
Also sat nav was confused as the hotel kindvof takes up a block...myvadvice is aim for the parking entrance which is different to the reception.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was generally clean. The male bar staff were friendly and helpful.
We had booked a superior Room with 2 double beds and a private bathroom. We were given a Room with one double bed with the shower in the room and a private toilet. You had to shower in the bedroom in front of the other quest. I complained about this immediately and was told it was all that was available that night even though we had paid 200 euros Extra for the superior Room. And we were only there for 5 nights.I was told to come to reception in the morning and we would get the room we had paid for which we did. restaurant was clean but the food was cold and not replenished. Very little choice especially for vegetarian.
