Cleanliness, food selection good, staff excellent, drinks selection on all inclusive better than most.
The pool is small for the size of the hotel.
Couldn't open the mini fridge door fully due to the proximity to the bed.

Plenty of sun beds but not enough room for them.
Hair dryers are pretty useless to be honest.

The problem was too many people there especially it was difficult to catch the elevator, sometimes I had to wait 5-8 minutes for elevator.....and walking on the 10th floor - it is not fun. Also the air-conditioning is only working during summer months.
