Food was good both at breakfast and dining in the Restaurant in the evening.
Good Location.
Staff in the restaurant where V good and attentive.
Overall the place was clean and tidy.
We had a superior double room that on first glance with the separate lounge and bedroom areas looked really good.
However on further inspections, once you get 'settled in' it was slightly dated, but more importantly it did not have a mini fridge in the room, nor an iron & flexi ironing board.
Even Premier plus rooms have those and not at the same prices!
Both Staff on the bar in the Evening at the event we attended where both slow and surly. It improved slightly later on as another member of staff from elsewhere was drafted in.

It was very quiet- made a lot of use of the pool/sauna area and there was never anyone else in there. Room was lovely and spacious, very clean. Balcony overlooking the gardens.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, but the breakfast could’ve been a bit better. Lots of cooked items but could’ve done with more pastries/muffins/croissants.
