The location is beautiful. Rooms were spotless with added touches of tea, water, hot chocolate etc. We were only there for 1 night but wanted to stay longer! Staff were warm and friendly.

The Higher Buck is very comfortable, the food is exceptionally good and the staff are brilliant: kind, attentive and very hard working.

Loved everything but what really made the stay special was the staff. They are so attentive and friendly and make you feel like this is your home away from home. The food was also excellent. Homemade beans and home smoked salmon were mind blowing!
