Good location for airport, nice hotel in general and plenty of parking
Parking is expensive but sort of expected this close to the airport. Rooms are a bit shabby in places and need more attention - scuffed walls and woodwork, rooms don’t smell bad but don’t smell fresh?

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good and overall the hotel is excellent. I have stayed there several times and whenever I am in the Heathrow area and need a hotel I will stay there. Thank you.

Breakfast and a friendly staff
The air conditioning in the room is controlled by the front desk staff. You must ask them to turn it on, off, up or down. The system turns itself off every 3 hours which makes for a very uncomfortable night sleep.
