The hotel was very good.
The communication was very poor, I asked a question via booking.com and I received and answer from the hotel the day AFTER I checked out. Also the spelling was well below par.

Nice room, good air conditioning, nice bathroom, nice restaurants.
The staff nearly charged me twice upon arrival and did not believe that I had already paid through booking.com. I had to wait a long time while she checked. The crib we requested wasn’t in our room on arrival. One staff who brought the crib to our room had extremely bad body odour. This poor personal hygiene doesn’t reflect the nature of the hotel. The room smelled really bad after he left. The walk from the lift to the room is sooo far, it takes about 10 minutes just to walk to the lift. A taxi from the hotel to the airport cost 30 pound just for a 10-15 minute drive.
