I stay at the Heathrow Leonardo a few times a year, and have for the last 4 years or so. It has some weaknesses, but many advantages, which is why I keep coming back. This time the check-in was painfully slow, but I had an OK standard room in a quiet corner, the air-conn more or less worked, and the breakfast was very good (as always).
I'll be back in 1.5 weeks when I leave the UK. I still rate this place - in part because it is easy to get to from the airport by _public_ bus, the good Portuguese restaurant and cafe around the corner, and the breakfasts.
