Good location in Mamoura. Awesome swimming pool. Acceptable room size with comfy beds and good AC. Staff is friendly and polite. Food is acceptable and variable. The restaurant staff is helpful except their manager is some how inflexable in dealing with the guests. The private beach staff is very helpful. In general it was a good experience, I can recommend it.
The restaurant manager needs to be more flexible and more smiling.

The location is excellent, the beach and the pool are awesome and above all the staff allover the hotel were amazing and superb

The reception guy Omar was really helpful
One of the house keeping ladies with a turban was great on our second day she came to clean up the room and left it in an exceptional way
The beach is nice
The lifeguard was on his duty in an exceptional way
The trees and flowers all over the place
When we arrived, the room floors were dirty (that was my first turn off)
We called for them to be fixed which they did
The waiters don’t know anything about the menus, so if you ask them anything about any item nobody will assist you
The hospitality of the waiters was really bad
The menu is not what you get
We ordered a smoked salmon sandwich with spring onions in a baguette, we received a smoked salmon sandwich with purple onions and in a soft petit pain
The open buffet lacked variety and organization ( like they have one spoon for all the deli cuts and cheeses, which led people to use their hands to pick their food)
They use balcony fabric material for the sun-lounges which ended for some of them to have mold in them
