It was a good distance down to the water, the hotel had everything you needed. The breakfast was very good.

The entertainments in the evenings were super loud you couldn’t sleep till they finished. It was extremely difficult to get pool towels as you had to wait for the pool to open which wasn’t till 11am quite late. Just leave pool towels in the room from day 1? Breakfast hours were also late. For a family friendly hotel it lacked on loud music and late breakfast hours

Great location and the breakfast was very good, a lot of choice. The room was a good size and most importantly has an aircon. Staff were friendly.

The housekeeping needs improving. We asked 3 times for our bedding to be changed (it was not done on day 4, which is their policy). Usually we had to ask for towels as not enough were left for us, after cleaning. The room was not cleaned sufficiently each day. On one occasion we asked for hand soap, our housekeeping had taken the body wash they had given us to use, and were told that there isn't any.
