Convenient location and had everything we needed

The hotel had everything we needed and was in a good location. Our room was comfortable, and our window faced out over the city (not into the airshaft). People at the desk were nice. We used the free cat-buses to go to Kings Park (twice). Tour pick-ups were right in front of this hotel. We were a short walk to the waterfront restaurants and to the concert hall. There were many places to eat plus a convenience store and a Woolworth's Grocery nearby. We did not eat the hotel breakfast (ate granola in our room) but did enjoy our dinner at their restaurant one night. It was a short walk to the train to head to Fremantle or Cottesloe Beach. We used the laundry machines during both of our hotel stays which helped a lot because we traveled for almost a month with only airline carry-on bags.

Amazing anniversary get away

Great central location, close to everything. Room was great, and huge bed! Buffet breakfast included is definitely a must, great selection. We also dined at Ivy & Jack for dinner, great service, would definitely book again.

Great clean hotel unfortunately not seeing the value in the price for one night accommodation

The location was really great for access to train station to get to Optus stadium , room was very clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately we had loud people above us keeping us awake and waking us early , the aircon turned off during the evening making the room extremely uncomfortable until we could figure it out , the buffet breakfast we attended at 9 am and the food was cold . Unfortunately for the cost of the room I don’t feel the value was received

Great stay in a central position.

The location was very central to attractions & transport, our room was great and we added the breakfast option which was excellent. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Love the vibe of the property and staff!

Super well located, wheelchair friendly. We arrived near midnight, and it was a joy to be able to check in quickly and to be served by a super helpful staff with great vibes.

Good and comfortable stay in a great location.

Stayed a night as a stopover and the beds and rooms were comfortable. The location was fantastic too, and it was near a number of cafes and restaurants for a good meal before we continued on our journey. Friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay more enjoyable too.

There was some roadworks going on when we checked in, and the main road leading up to the hotel was closed. We called the reception, but the directions were not quite clear. After a few attempts, we found out that the only way in was to drive in the opposite direction through a one-way street (hence the unclear instructions). Understood that the hotel wasn't informed in the first place as well, hence there was no way to update us on this.

Location is central. Rooms were clean.

Check out is at 11. Requested late check as my flight was 5pm and I have a total of 5 kids and infants travelling together with me. However was told that the maximum they're able to accommodate is another 30minutes to 11.30am.

Pleasant

The bed is comfortable and room is clean. Good size for our family of 3 as the room has 2 twin beds which is good enough.

We checked in on Saturday and was on L2. The live band downstairs was playing all the way past 11plus and I cannot sleep!

I was overcharged by one night and it will take about a week to get my refund. Why so long?

All floors accessible to those with cards regardless of the floor your room is at.

Nice and clean.

Location wise is perfect for walk around to stroll around as it was just location at the center of the city.

Just sad that we was stayed during the weekend, so a lot of shop and cafe did not open as it was located in the CBD area.

IDEALY LOCATED, CLEAN AND COMFY, GREAT BRECKY, A LITLE DATED, NOT FANCY, BUT A COMPETITIVE PRICE.

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE WITH A GREAT KING BED AND BEDDING. THE ENSUITE WAS FUNCTIONAL. THE SERVICE WAS EFFICIENT AND THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL BEING CENTRAL IN THE CBD. THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT.

GETTING THERE WAS PROBLEMATIC AS WE WERE USING TELSTRA'S STREET DIRECTORY WHICH KEPT GUIDING US TO THE HAY STREET MALL. GOOGLE MAPS SHOWED TWO ADDRESSES FOR 778/788 HAY STREET. ONE FOR PERTH AND ONE FOR HAY ST MALL, THE LATTER BEING PEDESTRIAN ONLY.

Noise from other rooms. We complained and were told the people had kids. So do we, it was 9.30 and we wanted ours to go to sleep.
