Si viajas a Madrid, no lo dudes, alójate en el Tiempo!

Excelente ubicación; el hotel es muy bonito; desayuno sencillo pero muy bueno. El personal de recepción y del comedor muy amables. Sin duda lo dejo en mis favoritos para cuando vuelva a Madrid.

Mitten im Herzen

Das Appartement liegt mitten im Zentrum. Nur 3 Fussminuten von der Puerta del Sol. Das Frühstück wird in der Bar nebenan gereicht. Sehr umfangreich. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das Appartement ist für 6 Personen ausgerichtet. Leider gibt es nur 2 Paar Schlüssel. Besser wären 3 Paar. Leider gibt es nur ein Bad. Im Bad gibt es leider nur 2 Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen. Ein paar Haken mehr wären sehr von Vorteil.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, would recommend to anyone.

Location is excellent, right in the centre of Madrid! Great area and not noisy during the night.

Signage to find the hotel - very difficult to find as vehicles cannot go to the area, so trying to find on foot without speaking Spanish was a little difficult.

They help us a lot, handing over the keys outside their regular business hours (we arrived late after 12 night) , really greatful , safe us heaps and were always there for any doubt.

Street was quite busy, but closing windows take out most of the noise.

The property was clean and great location with friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast was great and the staff exceptional. The location of the property was very good however was a little noisy from the street below.

The rooms were small for 4 people with luggage. The wifi signal was almost nonexistent and could not be accessed in room at all, only accessible standing in one location in the hallway.

Nice, clean place to stay and the breakfast was great. Very central as well, within easy walking distance to major attractions and on a street with lots of restaurants.

My only complaint is that it was hard to reach the hosts. The apartment I was staying in was in a different building from the front desk, and if I wanted to go to the front desk to get an extra towel or check out, I had to call the hosts to get in, because they almost never were at the front desk to open the door when I rang the doorbell. Also the phone number listed on Apple Maps for the property is not correct.

We meet the host as she was coming. I don’t know how it would have worked otherwise as we do not have European phone plan

The WiFi is none existent. It says free WiFi is rooms but you are lucky if you can get the signal. We had to take turns and sit on the stairs

Not recommendable for business trip

Centric hotel.

No direct access to the rooms flor. Need to move up and downstairs with luggage to catch the elevator. Elevator stop at intermediate stage between the rooms level. The stairs are old, made ow wood and sleepy!!! The Atico (the first room I got has NO Window!!, Even after changing rooms the rooms are not suitable for business purposes. The Internet not always work.
