Price, location, staff, ease of parking.
Breakfast experience not great. Restaurant less than half full when we arrived at 9.30. Despite it being not very busy, there weren't any tables set for new diners, loads of tables still cluttered with plates etc. We asked for a table to be set, the staff member simply set new cutlery down on a napkin. No effort made to clean and sanitise the table beforehand.
The breakfast offering was infact very good. However, the quality of the sausages wasn't great at all.
There was only 1 machine that had coffee available until my wife highlighted the matter (this was remedied immediately to be fair)
No tea spoons and it was definitely a case of hunt the breakfast tea bag.

Rooms were nice. Nice bar area. Breakfast also good
Given the wrong room but was too late to change as we already had a cab booked. Booked a twin with my mum, given a double which meant neither of us had a good night’s sleep.
