The staff at reception were outstanding. They were so helpful. The cleaning staff were also fantastic

The Hotel Résidence Goélia Le Domaine de Pont-Aven is located in a quiet, very beautiful spot on a hill above the town of Pont Aven. The rooms are exceptionally beautifully furnished, and the nights are so quiet that you can sleep with the windows open. The bed linen is first class, as are the beds. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained.
It's worth noting that you have to make your own beds. (!) You are also told that on the last day, you have to take the bed linen down to the laundry room in the basement.
The typical French petit déjeuner breakfast is really small and consists of pastries, jam, yoghurt and butter. No cheese, no ham, no eggs, nothing. And it costs a whopping €13 per person.
If you want new towels after seven days, you have to pay for them.
