Our stay at Thalazur Saint Jean de Luz was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained and perfectly located with stunning views of the ocean. The rooms were spacious, modern, bright and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived.
The spa facilities were absolutely fantastic. The indoor seawater pool, wellness area and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind, and everything was spotless and beautifully presented.
The staff were outstanding throughout our stay warm, welcoming, professional and genuinely attentive. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their friendly service really made our visit special.

Beautiful setting right on the beach, lovely external bar/breakfast space.
Staff were not very friendly, it really was missing genuinely hospitality/service - they were very ‘rule’ following/inflexible and was very expensive given that whole but about a lack of service culture.
